If you have a great website, and you want everyone to see it, then find ten really good friends, and write your own advertisement and send it to them.
Get them to forward it to other friends and co-workers, who may enjoy your website. This is viral marketing, and can be very effective, as it is targeted traffic, as long as you are sending the email to people who would like to see it, such as friends and family, and they can send it on.
Another way, is to go into the setup up of your email program and add your website to your signature file, and then everytime you send out an email, your website shows under your name. This can be very effective.
If you have a few websites, maybe take a turn each month with your signature, rather than listing all your websites and blogs, pick one a month and watch your traffic grow for free!
